If you miss two or more dinners without notice, your account may be temporarily paused. This keeps the Bunchh experience fair and fun for everyone.

Plans change, we get it! You can shift your booking to another available date once if you inform us at least 48 hours before your dinner. We don’t offer refunds, but we’ll make sure you don’t miss out.

There's a small booking fee to secure your spot at the table. Food and drinks are pay-as-you-go based on what you order.

No-shows affect the whole table vibe. If you miss your dinner without informing us 48 hours in advance, your seat will be marked as missed, and you won’t be eligible for a date shift or refund.

A one-time fee includes the experience fee, algorithm matched group, a nice restaurant in your city and access to Bunchh Community

If we’re unable to match you with a Bunchh within a reasonable time, your booking fee will be fully refunded.
